Shipping:
Sama offers free UPS shipping on orders over $150, and charges a flat fee of $7.50 for shipping on orders under $150. All orders are shipped via UPS.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Please help us avoid delays by ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Returns:
Items that have not been used, worn, washed, or altered can be returned or exchanged for a full refund minus return shipping charges. To initiate a return please contact: service@samaknits.com.
Items must be returned to Sama within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.
